The exhibition for “The Beehive” started today in Melbourne. The Beehive is a non-linear experimental documentary created by artist Zanny Begg exploring the unsolved murder of Sydney anti-development campaigner Juanita Nielsen. The inaugural Artbank + ACMI Commission, the video installation examines themes of gentrification, corruption, sex-work, feminism and non-conformist lifestyles.
Our lovely Jade Smith was there together with Christy Allan and recorded Pam’s part. She kindly provided me with her recording and allowed me to share it with you on the page. Please make sure to follow both of them on Instagram as they are huge Pamela Rabe fans 🙂
